Destination — Streets of Europe: an open-to-sky European high street of cobblestone walkways, plazas, cafés, markets and offices in the heart of Pune's IT corridor. Ready to move.
How Would You Like to Shop? ↓ Walk the FloorsThe Idea
Before supermarkets boxed it in, buying bread and blooms was a walk, a chat, a ritual. Destination returns daily shopping to the street — where it began.
In the heart of Hinjewadi, a European street unfolds,
its beauty timeless, stories to be told.
Cobblestone pathways, where history weaves,
a canvas of life, where every step believes.
From bread to blooms, the treasures unfold —
a symphony of life, in every street and corner hold. — from the Destination design book
The Question That Designed This Project
The design book asked it first. Now you answer — then see what everyone else chose.
Direct flow. Sealed air. Escalators past storefronts. The same building in every city — shopping as a corridor.
Organic flow. Open to sky. Plazas that pause you, facades that surprise you — shopping as a stroll through a town.
People choose streets. So we built one.
One Stop
The supermarket run, the salon visit, the bank errand, the Friday dinner — a whole week's life, walkable in one street.
Clothing, household, repair, salons — the everyday essentials.
Vegetables, fruits, flowers, pet stores — the old market, made new.
Banks, offices, clinics, labs, jewellers — business on the street.
Multi-cuisine dining, juice bars, coffee shops.
Bars, ice-cream parlours — the evening economy.
Game zones, kids' zone, gym, spa.
Banquet halls, activity areas, plazas, sit-outs.
Cobblestone pathways, cycle-friendly ways.
The street dresses up for every festival and event.
Two-wheelers, four-wheelers and bicycles — arrival, solved.

Walk the Building
Arrival as an event: entry and exit sequences, drop-off points, and a central plaza that anchors the whole street — the focal point every European town square is built around.
The Design Playbook
Every great street leads somewhere. A central plaza gives the whole composition its heart — and gives visitors a reason to linger, not just transact.
From any point on the street you can see somewhere else you want to be. Sightlines do the wayfinding; no signage maze required.
Plazas, sit-outs and stairs that double as seating — the design assumes people will stay, because staying is the point.
Open walkways on every floor keep the street experience going vertically — you're never inside a corridor, always on a balcony over the town.
European street architecture reinterpreted — ancient facades whispering tales of old, built with contemporary engineering underneath.
Sun on the cobblestones, rain on the awnings, festival lights against the night — weather is part of the experience, not the enemy.
The Catchment
Sited in Phase 1's core, ringed by Pune's largest employers and mass housing — the design book's brief was simple: be the one-stop street for everyone who works and lives here.
For Investors & Brands
High-street retail thrives on footfall that arrives on foot. With IT campuses beside it and townships behind it, the street's customers already live and work within walking distance — every day of the week, not just weekends.
